LEROY S. “BUCK” LYNCH
LeRoy S. “Buck” Lynch 85, the son of the late Charles E. and Lela Wise Lynch died Monday, September 17, 2007 at Hospice Savannah. He was a native of Liberty County, Georgia and longtime resident of Savannah. Mr. Lynch was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the Disabled Veterans Association. Mr. Lynch was a United States Army veteran serving in WWII. He was retired from Union Camp Corporation. After is retirement he was the owner of Q-BAll Billiards, Lynch Liqueurs and operated a Brake Service from his home for many years.
Mr. Lynch was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Dunn Lynch.
Surviving is his sister, Lottie E. Faust of Savannah and his brother, Ernest L Lynch of Savannah and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 19, 2007 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.
Graveside Services will be Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
Mr. Lynch’s family would like send a Special Thanks to, Stacey Floyd at the Ruth Byck Senior Citizens Center, Dr. Joenie Almeida, Dr. Stephen Corse, the Nurses Staff at St. Joseph’s 7th North and Hospice Savannah.
